Licence terms

These terms cover the use of the Hotel Facilities Study report, the planner and hotel snapshots. The sale of access to the report and planner (payment, receipt, VAT, refunds) is made by our reseller Stripe (Stripe Managed Payments, shown at checkout as Link, merchant of record) under the terms shown at checkout. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the report, the planner and any snapshot for your own information or internal business purposes, for the period you paid for.
You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share their contents, or share your licence key, except short quotations with attribution to the Hotel Facilities Study.
You may not scrape, copy in bulk or systematically extract the report or the planner, and may not use any contents to train AI or machine-learning systems.
The contents are statistical estimates from a dated snapshot of public listings. They are provided as they are, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or currency, and are not a guarantee of any result for a property.
Liability is limited to the price paid, except for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, where statutory liability applies.
German law applies.

How the data was collected

The study is based on publicly displayed listing information on a major online booking platform (review scores, sub-scores, review counts, listed facilities and one dated price check) for properties in Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Austria, collected in October 2026 without logging in. No reviewer names, review texts, photos or property descriptions were collected. The report and planner show only aggregates of at least 10 properties. The figures are a snapshot of that period, not live data, and may contain errors.
